sick :(

dayyum pancreas is in bad shape. gonna end up emerg surg. and my birthday is 2moro. god help mee

    how strange that i wrote that on that particular day....for one, it was the anniversary of my Beloved birth mother's death, 5 yrs, RIP Mami'.. iLu.
    2nd strange reason i wrote on that day was, the next day i drove into boston and had an MRCP at Beth Israel Hospital, then went on to have 4 ERCPs, the 3rd of which was when Dr. Dickstein had to cut my pancreatic duct as well as my common bile duct. unfortunately since then (it's 10/7/13 today=the 15th anniversary of my Beloved Dad's passing, RIP dad, iLu - 39 foreva ;)
    so since the surgery, i have had so many attacks of pancreatitis that i can't even count! i am on heavy meds but sometimes i have to go to the ER. It looks like Dr. D's gonna hafta make it an annual cutting :( alas......atleast i found my Blogspot, yay :)
