yest was successful :)

good drs visit. dr doesn't think the Verapamil is causing my "memory" probs, even tho it's one of the side effects of it. sodium and chloride being 1 number low was no big deal he said. told him severe pain i had for 2 wks is back to manageable. he DID mention my weight....last time i go THERE wearing no-sleeve top :O back to hoodie and slippers for this gurl. then atleast i show up on the scale as an even 100 lbs. yest i was 98.0 even. allowing for clothing, i'll say 0.4 lbs off, so 97.5 or 97.6 lbs. i'm happy with that :)
after that i hurried home to catch some sun! got an hours worth; 3:20-4:15pm. it was roasting out there!! i simply canNOT do that when it gets to such a temp! it was about 74 out, or around there, w/wind, still too hot. but i got great sun and decided to join a tanning salon :) just have to figure out which one in town has the best deal.
muchhhh later i watched a special, on "Psych Week" on Disc Health, re; "strange addictions". of course i have 2 of the ones they showed :O tanning AND shopping :O not to minimize, but i certainly don't spend as much as that woman named, "Universe"! don't know WHERE she get that kind of money!! but she IS in debt for 85K. as for the tanner chick, she was beyond annoying. w.e. not my place to judge, just who the heck do i think i am? her life, her choices. again, overkill, she belongs to 6 dif tanning salons & tans numerous times a day. she's young so she doesn't get the whole picture....look who's talkin??? on my way home from drs i stopped @ w-greens for butts and was like, "i have to hurry home and get out into that sun", nice older lady behind me started tellin me about basal cell skin cancer and how i should wear sun block, to which i replied, no can do, won't get sun then. she was a sweetie and we ended up having a laugh together :)
k, 2 hrs just went by, i've gtg and get ready to take Shainelle to her appt, me and rena are goin to dunks after, i just HAVE TO have a coffee coolata w/tons of whipped cream today :) must have! then drive rena back here to her car, then she's off to work. then i'll head back to other side of town to pick up Shai. thought i was gonna have time to stop by homer's but i guess maybe not? will write something more meaningful later, this is just basically a run-down of yest and today :O silly gurl.
